PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle detector in which particles hardly reside inside thereof.SOLUTION: A particle detector includes: a chamber 10; an introduction nozzle 20 provided with the chamber 10; an exhaust nozzle 30 provided with the chamber 10 while opposing to the introduction nozzle 20; a detection mechanism 40 configured to radiate light onto a sample fluid ejected from the introduction nozzle 20 to detect particles included in the sample fluid; a pressurization fluid pipe 50 configured to be connected with the chamber 10 and supply a pressurization fluid for pressurizing inside of the chamber 10; and a rectification member 61 configured to rectify the pressurization fluid such that the flow velocity distribution of a fluid between the introduction nozzle 20 aligned in an axial direction and the exhaust nozzle 30 becomes symmetrical about the axial direction. |
