PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment management system, an equipment management device, and an equipment management method capable of suppressing an unnecessary inquiry, and performing appropriate dealing for each facility.SOLUTION: An equipment management system 100 includes: a management part 210 for managing the maintenance information of equipment installed in each of a plurality of facilities; and a control part 220 for, in accordance with the reception of a request source facility identifier specifying a request source facility, transmitting the list of equipment installed in the request source facility to a predetermined terminal. The control part 220 transmits, in accordance with the reception of an object equipment identifier specifying object equipment selected from among the list of the equipment installed in the request source facility, a check list for specifying the failure of the object equipment to the predetermined terminal. The check list is generated on the basis of the maintenance information of the object equipment managed by the management part. |
