A surface treatment method and a surface treatment apparatus of a vermiculite board (P) are divided into (1) the step of manufacturing a liquid melamine resin (M); (2) the process of soaking (H) the upper surface of the vermiculite board (P) in a kraft pulp (S) and a melamine resin (M) to laminate on the upper surface of the vermiculite board; (3) the process of thermally pressing with a heat press (60) after the step of drying the laminated vermiculite board (P). Therefore, an apparatus engaging the total processes to be continuous by forming a production process of a surface-treated vermiculite board having a certain quality standardized by one time process with a simple soaking (H) and laminating process is formed, thereby mass producing high quality surface-treated vermiculite board product to have an effect of reducing the producing costs. |
