Disclosed is a cooling and heating apparatus. According to the present invention, a cooling and heating apparatus comprises: an indoor unit; an outdoor unit; a controller; a hot water heating device; a cleaning water tank; and a cleaning device. The indoor unit supplies cooled air, which is cooled in such a manner that a refrigerant is evaporated to remove heat from the air, to an indoor space and discharges the heat to the inducted indoor air while the indoor unit absorbs the air inside and the refrigerant is condensed. The outdoor unit is connected to the indoor unit and intakes outdoor air. The controller controls the movement direction of the air inducted by the indoor unit or the outdoor unit. The hot water heating device is provided with the air inducted by the indoor unit or the outdoor unit through the operation of the controller and heats the water using heat from the air inducted by the indoor unit or the outdoor unit. The cleaning water tank increases the temperature of the cleaning water received through heat exchange with the hot water generated by the hot water heating device. The cleaning device removes any foreign substance from the processed item by using the cleaning water supplied from the cleaning water tank. |
