PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stud pin which enables improvement of its holding ability to improve the pin removal resistance without deteriorating the workability of driving of the stud pin, and to provide a pneumatic tire.SOLUTION: A stud pin 10 includes: a base part 11 which is inserted into a stud hole 9 formed in a tread part 1 of a pneumatic tire; and a stud core 12 which protrudes from an apical surface of the base part 11. In the stud pin 10, protruding parts 13 which protrude from a bottom surface of the base part 11 are provided at positions separated from an edge part of the bottom surface. |
