PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device which has a good followability of a suspension device and a high durability.SOLUTION: A power transmission device 1 for transmitting a power to a left rear wheel 121 of a vehicle 100 includes: a trailing arm 11 which extends in a cross direction, supports the left rear wheel 121 at a rear part 14 thereof, and has a pivot axis 13 with respect to a vehicle body at a front part 12 thereof; a torsion beam 21 which extends in a vehicle width direction from a part near the pivot axis 13 in the trailing arm 11; an electric motor 31 which is disposed in the torsion beam 21 and generates a power; and a transmission mechanism 40 which is disposed in the trailing arm 11 and transmits a power generated by the electric motor 31 to the left rear wheel 121. |
