PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a non-volatile memory in a system for writing an address conversion table for wear-leveling in a non-volatile memory.SOLUTION: Data are written in a data storage area 12a of, for example, a block 11a among blocks 11a, 11b and 11c constituting a memory 10. In a memory controller 20, a counting comparator circuit 25 determines whether or not the number of times of rewriting has reached a threshold, and when it is determined that the number of times of rewriting has reached the threshold, an address conversion table update circuit 26 updates an address conversion table such that the state of the arrangement of the data of the data storage area 12a changed for wear-leveling is indicated, and a rewriting circuit 24 writes a copy (a) of the updated address conversion table in an address conversion table storage area 13c, and then writes an original (a) of the updated address conversion table in an address conversion table storage area 13a. |
