PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration element equipped with a vibration plate, a voice coil and a hard layer.SOLUTION: A vibration plate has a first surface and a second surface which are opposite to each other. The first surface includes a first conductive region and a second conductive region. A voice coil is arranged on the first surface. Both ends of the voice coil are electrically connected to the first conductive region and the second conductive region. A hard layer is arranged on the vibration plate. The vibration plate is surrounded in a circle form and closed by the voice coil, and has a central part including a region of the vibration plate which is above the voice coil. The outer region of the central region includes an inner annular zone and an outer annular zone surrounding the inner annular zone. At least one end of the voice coil is located in the inner annular zone and the central region is covered with the hard layer. |
