PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electric motor with a control device which enables further improvement of the cooling ability when the control device and the electric motor are integrated.SOLUTION: A vehicular electric motor includes: a control device 2; a motor 1 which is provided at the rear side of the control device 2 and controlled by the control device 2; a bracket 3 which is provided at the lateral side of the control device 2, which is the same side as the motor output shaft 1a side, and guides air at the front side of the control device 2 into a space between the control device 2 and the motor 1; a motor fan 1e which suctions air into the motor 1 from a hole provided at a motor cover 8 through an internal path; and a motor outer peripheral cover 1c which guides the air to the motor output shaft 1a side through the internal path and is provided with a discharge port 4 for discharging the air to an exterior part. The vehicular electric motor includes heat radiation fins 5 which contact with the control device 2 and the motor 1 and are provided on at least one of the upper side and the lower side of the electric motor. |
