SUBSTANCE: method involves precise seeding at predetermined depth in center of square selected as most effective shape of feeding area for each seed; seeding into compacted bed, with further covering with loose upper soil layer. Apparatus has carrier wheel for adjusting seeding depth, two rows of spherical disks interconnected in pairs, fertilizer guides, anchor-type shares and roll sections fixed on carriers. Covering device has mechanism for adjusting position thereof in vertical plane and is attached to shaft of rolls. Apparatus is further equipped with grain and fertilizer box having fertilizer seeding units and grain seeding units provided with single seed discharge device. Seeding unit has vertical disk with inclined teeth, superposed strips, baffles made in the form of round brushes and restrictor. Method and apparatus provide for optimal conditions for plant growing and development. Apparatus may be used in combined machines for performing simultaneously soil tillage, seed sowing and mineral fertilizer applying.
