PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which is independent from a difference in characteristics which are different from each other depending on the type of a semiconductor.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a chip 11 where a first element G1 composed of a nitride semiconductor is formed; a second element G2 which is formed on the chip where the first element is formed and composed of a nitride semiconductor having a predetermined voltage characteristic to temperature change of the chip; a third element G3 which is formed on the chip where the first element is formed and composed of a nitride semiconductor having another voltage characteristic by a change of wire connection, to temperature change of the chip; and a temperature detection circuit M4 for detecting a change in voltage characteristics of the second element and the third element to a temperature to detect a temperature of the first element. |
