PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a magnetron while enhancing the bonding strength of the components.SOLUTION: A magnetron includes: an anode cylinder having a hollow section; an anode vane bonded to the inner wall of anode cylinder and extending toward the central axis of the hollow section; a strap ring bonded to the upper surface or lower surface of the anode vane; a cathode rod provided along the central axis of the hollow section so as to be separated from the anode vane; a cathode filament wound around the cathode rod; an antenna lead bonded to the anode vane; and a brazing filler material layer containing an alloy of copper and tin, provided to bond at least one set of anode cylinder and anode vane, anode vane and antenna lead, and anode vane and strap ring. |
