PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proximity sensor configured to measure the position of an analyte in a non-contact manner with a simple configuration using a sound wave.SOLUTION: A proximity sensor includes: a sound wave emission section 12 in which a diaphragm 121 and a fixed pole 122 are oppositely disposed; a signal generation section 11 configured to apply a sound pressure signal onto the diaphragm; a detector 13 configured to detect the sound pressure of the sound pressure signal propagated from the diaphragm; and a signal processing section 14 configured to calculate a sound pressure measurement value based on the sound pressure detected by the detector to determine the presence of an analyte 100 at a position opposing the sound wave emission section. |
