PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor capable of suppressing the generation of an electric field in oil filled in a pressure detection chamber.SOLUTION: In a pressure sensor in which a housing 70 is fixed to an attached member 110, a ground pad 35 is formed on a sensor chip 30 for applying a ground potential to a pressure detection element 31 from an outer circuit 120. The housing 70 is electrically connected to the ground pad 35. |
