The present invention relates to a device for tearing and instant roasting for the dried squid. More specifically, the present invention relates to a device for tearing and instant roasting the dried squid. The dried squid is transported to a drum-type heater by a conveyor and evenly roasted for the surface. The roasting-completed dried squid is directly provided for a consumer after tearing without a discharge transportation section by a tearing gear adjacent to one side of the outer circumferential surface of the drum, thereby immediately delivering warmth of the roasted squid, improving mouthfeel, and continuously roasting by rapid workability at the same time. |
