The present invention relates to an asynchronous communications and HDLC synchronous communications conversion device and a method for controlling the same. According to the present invention, to this end, in a communications conversion device (10) having an asynchronous communications unit (20) for connecting with a device using asynchronous communications and an HDLC communications unit (21) for connecting with a device using synchronous communications, an HDLC communications device may be connected between the asynchronous communications unit (20) and the HDLC communications unit (21) through correction of a communications program, so asynchronous communications is converted into HDLC communications. Several sorts of settings required for HDLC communications through a setting command can be made to asynchronous communications which can be easily performed. HDLC may be performed on transceiving of data through a data command. Accordingly, quality and reliability of a product are remarkably improved, and various needs of users are satisfied, so a good image can be ensured. |
