PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of determining the same person which is capable of determining whether or not even persons having resemble faces are the same person, a method of determining the same person, and a control program of a computer of the device of determining the same person.SOLUTION: Whether or not existence of a plurality of relationship of approximate to non-approximate such that a feature quantity of one face of one image is approximate to a feature quantity of one face of another image (YES in Step 28) and a feature quantity of one face of one image does not resemble a feature quantity of all other faces other than one face of another image (YES in Step 29) is determined (Step 31). In the case where a plurality of the relationship of approximate to non-approximate exist, one face of one image and one face of another image are determined to be the same person. |
