PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase interpolation device capable of making a frequency of a signal higher without degrading phase linearity.SOLUTION: The phase interpolation device includes: a mixer (101) for composing phases of a plurality of cosine and sine input signals having different phases; and a bias generator (102) for outputting a bias signal according to a phase control signal to the mixer. The mixer outputs a signal of a phase according to the phase control signal.
