PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce facility cost, ensure the prevention of the leakage of PCB exhaust gas, and incinerate various types of PCB waste in an ideal state to render the PCB waste harmless.SOLUTION: Opening portions of two ends of a cylindrical rotary drum 4 having two open ends are closed by a non-rotatable first closing rid 7 and a non-rotatable second closing lid (2), respectively, combustion gas is injected into the rotary drum 4 from a burner 8, the combustion gas is attracted by an exhaust fan 9 and discharged from within the rotary drum 4, and a rotation mechanism 5 rotates the rotary drum 4 about a cylindrical center as a rotation center in a horizontal attitude. The first closing lid 7 is freely opened/closed, the burner 8 is coupled to the first closing lid 7, and the exhaust fan 9 is coupled to the second closing lid 2. The first closing lid 7 is opened to supply PCB waste into the rotary drum 4 and is closed, the burner 8 heats an interior of the rotary drum 4 in a state of rotating the rotary drum 4 to incinerate PCB contained in the PCB waste, and the exhaust fan 9 attracts the combustion gas from the rotary drum 4 to set an internal pressure of the rotary drum 4 lower than an atmospheric pressure and to discharge the combustion gas to outside of the rotary drum 4. |
