PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone base station which also plays a roll well in emergency, by developing a lithium ion secondary battery, the drop rate of discharge capacity is extremely small after the end of aging.SOLUTION: A cellular phone base station includes a lithium ion secondary battery in which the discharge capacity is lowered, compared with that of before application of a load, by a charge/discharge load, i.e., the load by the charge/discharge cycle, and a thermal load, i.e., a load for keeping the heating state. |
