PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening and closing device for a vehicle capable of opening a door in a locked state with a simple structure.SOLUTION: An operation device 1 includes: a first outside lever 7 journaled to a first shaft 23 and turned synchronously with operation of an outside handle OH; a second outside lever 10 journaled to a second shaft 24 different from the first shaft 23, released by a release electric drive source M2, and connected to the first outside lever 7 in such a manner that the release operation is not transmitted to the first outside lever 7; and a release lever 12 journaled to the second shaft 24, and released on the basis of the release operation of the second outside lever 10 when a locking mechanism section is in an unlocked state, and capable of transmitting the release operation to door latch devices DL1 and DL2. |
