PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control electric apparatuses from remote and easily confirm a result of the control.SOLUTION: A control apparatus comprises: an imaging unit 110 which performs imaging to acquire an image; a network communication unit 120 which transmits the image acquired by the imaging unit 110 to a communication terminal via a communication network and receives a signal transmitted from the communication terminal via the communication network; and a control signal transmission unit 130 which transmits to electric apparatuses a control signal for controlling the electric apparatuses, on the basis of the signal received by the network communication unit 120.
