PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for providing questionnaire survey based on search and a computer-readable recording medium.SOLUTION: A questionnaire providing server 100 includes: a questionnaire registration part 110 in which a questionnaire is registered from a questionnaire registrant terminal; a search word reception part 121 to which a search word is input from an answerer terminal; a search word matching part 122 which matches the keyword of the registered questionnaire with the search word; a questionnaire display part 123 which displays the questionnaire corresponding to the matched keyword in one area of a search result screen; an answer collection part 124 which receives an answer from the answerer terminal; and a reward providing part 125 which provides a benefit when the answer satisfies a predetermined condition.
