PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method of evaluating a cell, and a program which are capable of evaluating a cell to be evaluated more highly accurately in evaluating a predetermined cell to be evaluated by using an evaluation result of cells around the cell.SOLUTION: A device of evaluating a cell comprises: an image acquisition part 30 which acquires a cell image created by imaging a cell group; cell evaluation part 32 which specifies a cell to be evaluated in the cell group and cells around the cell to be evaluated, and, based on an evaluation result of the cells around the cell, evaluates the cell to be evaluated; and a boundary setting part 31 which sets a boundary to the cell image based on the state of the cell group, in which when the cell evaluation part 32 specifies the cells around the cell, only cells that exist in a divided region in which the cell to be evaluated exists is specified as the cells around the cell, out of a plurality of divided regions divided by the boundary. |
