PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery mounted vehicle that can secure a crashing margin of a mount casing and can excellently protect a fuel battery stack with a simple and economic construction.SOLUTION: A fuel battery electric vehicle 10 has a fuel battery stack 12. The fuel battery stack 12 has plural laminated fuel batteries 14, and mounted in a mount casing 16. A gap is formed in the lamination direction between the fuel battery stack 12 and the inner wall surface of the mount casing 16. The gap at the front side in the front-and-rear direction of the vehicle is set to be dimensionally larger than the gap at the rear side in the front-and-rear direction of the vehicle.
