According to an aspect of the present invention, a movable and installable air diffuser for composting organic waste comprises: a front end air supply pipe body formed in a hollow cylindrical pipe shape and provided with a conic head tip disposed on a head thereof; a rear end air supply pipe body connected to a rear surface and an internal space of the front end air supply pipe body; an air injection chamber formed on an end of the rear end air supply pipe body, to which a pneumatic pipe is connected; a pneumatic control valve disposed between the pneumatic pipe and a pneumatic generator to adjust an air pressure discharged to the pneumatic pipe; and an air diffusing unit formed in one or both directions along an axis of the rear end air supply pipe body and the front end air supply pipe body to discharge air supplied from a pneumatic supply chamber to the outside through an internal space of the rear end air supply pipe body and the front end air supply pipe body.
