PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable estimation of the connection relation (topology) between IFs with enhancement of precision even when a measurement method of a transmission/reception traffic amount of each node is different.SOLUTION: A topology estimation device 1 for estimating the connection relation of plural devices constituting a network has: a determination candidate generator 12 for referring to IF flow information 320 in which information identifying flow flow-in or flow-out at each IF equipped to a device is stored every IF, and generating all combinations of sets of IFs of k (k≥2) which is the number of IFs constituting a subnet as determination candidates of the connection relation; a coincidence calculator 13 for referring to the IF flow information 320 for each set of IFs, and calculates the coincidence degree of an appearance frequency of flow constituent elements between the flow-in flow and the flow-out flow for each IF constituting the set of IF; and a connection relation determination unit 14 for determining that there is a connection relation between IFs constituting the set of IF as a determination candidate when the calculated coincidence degree is within a predetermined range. |
