PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal bar training tool enabling a user to learn upward movement exercise of his/her lower body and backward rotation exercise of his/her upper body simultaneously and not requiring an assistant.SOLUTION: The horizontal bar training tool includes: a first arm part 1; a second arm part 2; a body support part 3; a leg support part 4. Each of the first arm part 1 and second arm part 2 is perpendicular to a horizontal bar B and the base ends are connected to each other at an angle equal to or larger than 90 degrees and equal to or smaller than 180 degrees around a longitudinal axis of the horizontal bar B. A connection part C is attached to the horizontal bar so as to rotate around the longitudinal axis of the horizontal bar B. The body support part 3 is arranged at a tip of the first arm part 1 and extended in parallel to the horizontal bar B. The leg support part 4 is arranged at a tip of the second arm part 2 and extended in parallel to the horizontal bar B. A body insertion part 5 is between the horizontal bar B and the body support part 3, and a leg insertion part 6 is between the horizontal bar B and the leg support part 4. |
