PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of efficiently heating a heating object on a cooking tray by blowing out a heat medium from a blowout port even when there is a gap between the cooking tray and a rear part of a heating chamber.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: a cooking tray (91) which is disposed in a heating chamber so as to have a gap between itself and a rear part of the heating chamber, and on which a heating object (15) is directly or indirectly loaded; a blowout port (29) which is provided so as to be positioned at an upper side from the gap in the rear part of the heating chamber and so as to be positioned near a rear part (2d) of the cooking tray (91), and communicates with a duct (18) to blow out the heat medium to the inside of the heating chamber; and a rectification structure (62) which is disposed at a rear side of the blowout port (29) and rectifies a flow of the heat medium. The rectification structure (62) has a first guide face (63) extending in a direction substantially in parallel with a horizontal direction at its lower side. |
