PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection device capable of efficiently discharging air bubbles mixed into nozzles due to wiping operation wiping a nozzle surface, and further to provide a control method of a liquid injection head and a control method of the liquid injection device.SOLUTION: A liquid injection device comprises: a liquid injection head 6 having pressure chambers 38 communicating with nozzles 37 opening on a nozzle surface and actuators 33 causing pressure variations of liquid in the pressure chambers 38 to be generated and being capable of injecting the liquid from the nozzles 37 by activation of the actuators 33; and a wiper 26 wiping the nozzle surface. The liquid injection device performs wiping operation wiping the nozzle surface by the wiper 26 while driving the actuators 33 by a maintenance drive waveform Pf and performing nozzles maintenance operation.
