PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact engine, and a vehicle equipped with the engine.SOLUTION: A decompression mechanism is disposed between both ends in an axial direction of a cam shaft. The decompression mechanism includes a weight, and a decompression cam. The weight is rotatably supported to the cam shaft. The decompression cam is switched between a state contacted with a valve train, and a state which is not contacted with the valve train. The weight includes an inner ring contacting portion. The inner ring contacting portion is disposed next to an inner ring of a bearing in the axial direction of the cam shaft. The inner ring contacting portion is positioned on an inner side in a diametrical direction than an inner peripheral surface of an outer ring of the bearing. |
