PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser light guide device and laser light guide system capable of safely applying infrared laser light by monitoring soundness of a laser light guide path for guiding the high-output infrared laser light in a simple system configuration.SOLUTION: The laser light guide device includes: laser light exit sections (23 and 24) for oscillating and exiting laser light; a laser light guide path 40 consisting of optical fibers capable of guiding the laser light (Ls and Li); and a central control section 22 for controlling the laser light exit sections (23 and 24). The central control section 22 is configured to detect an irradiation spot S (an output of the visible laser light Ls) on the basis of a captured image captured by an image pickup device 52 that captures an image of the periphery of a laser light irradiation area A irradiated with the laser light (Ls and Li), and to control the infrared laser exit section 24 to exit the infrared laser light Li on the basis of the detection result of the irradiation spot S (the output of the visible laser light Ls).
