PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery that can secure desired sealing performance to a compression load, reduce the thickness of a sealing member and make the dimension in the lamination direction as short as possible.SOLUTION: A fuel battery 10 is configured so that an electrolytic film/electrode structure 12 is pinched between an anode-side separator 14 and a cathode-side separator 16. A first seal member 36 is integrally molded with the anode-side separator 14. The first seal member 36 has a base seal portion 36a, and an external convex seal portion 36b2 which is molded to spread out from the base seal portion 36a. An external concave portion 36c2 which is lower in the lamination direction than the base seal portion 36a is provided at both the sides of the external convex seal portion 36b2. |
