PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve abrasion resistance performance and noise performance without deteriorating drainage performance.SOLUTION: By providing in a tread part a center main groove on a tire equator face, a pair of center sub-grooves at both sides of the center main groove and a pair of shoulder main grooves at both sides of the center sub-shoulders, a center land part, a middle land part and a shoulder land part are formed. In the middle land part, middle lateral grooves extending at angles &bgr; of 10-20° from the center sub-grooves to the shoulder main groves are arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction. The middle lateral grooves are constituted of wide parts continuous to the center sub-grooves, narrow parts continuous to the shoulder main grooves and transition parts that connect the wide and the narrow parts. The angles &bgr; of the middle lateral grooves are larger than an angle α of a grounding front-edge part of the middle land part in a grounding surface shape. |
