PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high-definition and high-luminance display device that has high energy efficiency.SOLUTION: There is provided a display device having a display panel with a display surface and a backlight, where the display panel has a wavelength conversion layer WC for each pixel on a surface parallel to the display surface, and has a light scattering layer SC between the wavelength conversion layer WC and wavelength conversion layer WC; the wavelength conversion layer WC has a fluorescent body; the light scattering layer SC has fine particles; the wavelength conversion layer WC has a reflection layer RD on a backlight side; the light scattering layer has a reflection layer RU on the display surface side. |
