PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic generating apparatus realizing action effect not found in the prior art.SOLUTION: This invention is a hydraulic generating apparatus constituted to generate power under an operation in which a water turbine segment 2 arranged at a flowing water segment 1 such as rivers or irrigation channels or the like. A partition segment 3 having a predetermined length in a direction of water flow is arranged at the flowing water segment 1, the flowing water segment 1 on one side is provided with the first weir segment 5, the water turbine segment 2 is installed at a more downstream side of the first weir segment 5, the second weir segment 6 is installed at the flowing water segment 1 on the other side and the upper edge 6a of the second weir segment 6 can be adjusted from a higher position than the upper edge 5a of the first weir segment 5 to a lower position. |
