PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of notifying a call center of an appropriate marketing organization of information for communicating with an image forming apparatus of a support object when a remote maintenance service start is requested by a customer.SOLUTION: There is provided a communication system including a plurality of terminals, a management server 130 that manages the plurality of terminals, and a relay server 120 that performs relay of communication between the terminals, where the first terminal among the plurality of terminals has transmission means for transmitting connection information acquired when connected to the relay server 120 to the management server 130, and the management server 130 has notification means for notifying the second terminal among the plurality of terminals of the connection information received from the first terminal as information for connecting to the relay server 120 in communicating with the first terminal. |
