PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional measurement device and a three-dimensional measurement method that can repair an omission of data while suppressing a decrease in quality of three-dimensional shape data in a limited time.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional measurement device includes: a small noise repair part (23a) which generates first loss repair information by repairing a loss included in three-dimensional information acquired by a stereo camera (11); a mask generation part (23b) which generates mask data such that a region which is not repaired in the first loss repair information is extracted; a large noise repair part (23c) which repairs a loss of the region which is not repaired in the first loss repair information using the first loss repair information and mask data; and a data composition part (23d) which generates composite loss repair information by putting the first loss repair information and second loss repair information together. |
