PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission system capable of stably supplying a hydraulic pressure to a plurality of hydraulic engagement elements included in a transmission and reducing a drive load on each oil pump while suppressing cost increase.SOLUTION: A power transmission system comprises: a first oil pump 30 coupled to an engine; a second oil pump 35 supplying a hydraulic pressure to an accumulator 40 during deceleration of a vehicle; and a supply-source switching valve 60 capable of selectively supplying a hydraulic pressure from the oil pump 30 and that from the accumulator 40 to a first hydraulic circuit 55 regulating hydraulic pressures supplied to a clutch and a brake, the supply-source switching valve 60 being controlled to supply the hydraulic pressure from the first oil pump 30 to the first hydraulic circuit 55 if an accumulator pressure Pacm is lower than a threshold Pref, and controlled to supply the hydraulic pressure from the accumulator 40 to the first hydraulic circuit 55 if the accumulator pressure Pacm is equal to or higher than the threshold Pref. |
