PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-way switching valve that does not require complex configuration, has a small number of parts, and can reduce cost, and moreover, provides a number of types (directions) of switching and is applicable to a variety of uses and fields.SOLUTION: The multi-way switching valve comprises: a plurality of horizontal flow passages 44 formed in a valve body 12 so as to be separated mutually at a fixed central angle in the rotational direction of a ball valve element 20, and communicating with a valve chamber 14; a vertical flow channel 62 formed in the valve body 12 in the direction of a drive shaft 18 of the ball valve element 20, and communicating with the valve chamber 14; a horizontal communication flow passage 64 formed in the ball valve element 20 so as to provide communication between the horizontal flow passages 44 each other; and a vertical communication flow passage 66 formed in the ball valve element 20 so as to provide communication between one of the horizontal flow passages 44 and the vertical flow passage 62. |
