PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stably absorbing and taking out a molding for a long period by preventing a life of an opening/closing valve for supplying and blocking compressed air to negative pressure means from becoming short by controlling the number of times of driving and drive stopping the negative pressure means in the case of that an adsorption surface of a molding is in a non-planar shape or there is breakage on part of an adsorption pad.SOLUTION: A negative pressure generating means is stopped by opening/closing means when a negative pressure detected by negative pressure detection means when absorbing a molding by an adsorption pad reaches a prescribed negative pressure stopping threshold level. When a negative pressure in a negative pressure passage reaches a prescribed negative pressure resumption threshold level by stopping the negative pressure generating means, negative pressure formation by the negative pressure generating means is resumed by the opening/closing means. When negative pressure formation is resumed, timer means and measuring means are started up, and when the number of times of stopping and resuming the negative pressure generating means in a prescribed time is larger than a prescribed number, the negative pressure generating means is continuously actuated. |
