PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for underwater execution, regarding the surface of an existing structure in which water is present on at least a part of the surface such as sea protection bank and a tunnel, capable of highly stopping water, and an underwater execution method using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a composition for underwater execution comprising: polybutadiene polyol, castor oil-modified polyol; a catalyst; a foaming agent; and polyisocyanate, and capable of obtaining rigid polyurethane foam in water.
