The present invention relates to a system and a method for providing picture voice data (PVD). The system for providing PVD according to the present invention produces and provides PVD, and comprises a terminal and a PVD management center. The PVD management center comprises: a PVD input unit to receive PVD generated by the terminal; a PVD registration unit to sort PVD registration elements contained in the PVD; a PVD storage unit to record the sorted PVD; a PVD search unit to search the PVD in the PVD storage unit by a search request; and a PVD output unit to output the searched PVD. The method for providing PVD according to the present invention comprises: a step of receiving PVD registration elements from a user; a step of sorting the received PVD registration elements to store the sorted PVD registration elements; a step of receiving a PVD use request from the user; and a step of approving the PVD use request. |
