The objective of the present invention is to provide a remodeling window or curtain wall system for condensation-proof of a building outer wall and a method for replacement construction of a dehumidifying agent of a large spacer using the same which can improve energy performance of the building outer wall, and can prevent condensation, and can easily replace the dehumidifying agent which is installed between an existing window and a reinforced window as maintaining the existing window and the reinforced window intactly. In order to achieve the objective, an indoor side of the existing window of a double glazing glass is installed with the reinforced window of the double glazing window in a fixed interval, and a left and a right end of the existing window and the reinforced window are attached and installed with the large spacer filled with the dehumidifying agent by a butyl tape. The reinforced window is supported by a fixing frame. Thus, the present invention can easily replace the dehumidifying agent by a cone shape injection hole of a fixture for dehumidifying agent replacement attached to both ends of the large spacer or a tube installed in a circular groove by deconstructing the fixing frame only as maintaining the existing window and the reinforced window intactly in the case of replacing the dehumidifying agent filled in the large spacer.
