The present invention relates to a road anti-freezing apparatus for easy road tunnel repairing and maintenance, which prevents freezing by supplying an anti-freezing liquid to an entrance, an exit and a side road of a tunnel. The road anti-freezing apparatus of the present invention includes: an impermeable block (110) which is arranged at a block arrangement groove (15) formed to be dented along a width direction of a road plane (10), and has a first half-circle groove (112) dented on an upper plane; a permeable block (120) which is stacked on the upper plane of the impermeable block (110) by forming a second half-circle groove (122) dented in a lower plane corresponding to the first half-circle groove (112); and a main supply pipe (140) which is arranged in an arrangement hole formed when the first and the second half-circle (112, 122) are combined, and connects a branch pipe (132) formed with a plurality of discharge holes (134) penetrated through an outer plane, and is connected to a pressurizing pump (135) to discharge a fixed amount of anti-freezing liquid through the discharge hole (134) by pressurizing an inner space filled with the anti-freezing liquid. Thus, snow on the road is melted by the anti-freezing liquid discharged as being smeared into the permeable block (120), and the melted water is frozen on the road. |
