PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal provided with an adaptive array antenna that can realize high-speed handover. SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal is provided with a plurality of multipliers that multiply a plurality of signals outputted from the array antenna by corresponding weighting coefficients to provide an output of a multiplication result signal, a reception means that generates a received signal from the multiplication result signal outputted form the multipliers, a control means that executes the calculation of the weighting coefficient based on the received signal outputted from the reception means to conduct adaptive control by giving the weighting coefficient to the multipliers, an initial value calculation means that calculates the initial value of the weighting coefficient before the handover. The control means starts the calculation of the weight coefficient by using the initial value calculated at the handover. |
