The present invention relates to a premix composition for a hot dog including rice as a main ingredient, a hot dog manufactured by using the same, and a method for manufacturing the hot dog wherein, more particularly, the premix composition includes rice powder as a main ingredient and modified starch and is used to manufacture the hot dog which can be eaten by a person without heating the hot dog as the hot dog has chewy and good texture, excellent freezing and thawing stability, and thus can maintain chewy and soft texture even after the frozen and stored hot dog is thawed at room temperature.
