PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a lecithin derivative, which has excellent safety and stability, can be produced industrially, and has good hydrophilicity, and to develop a utilization method of the same.SOLUTION: It was discovered that sulfated lecithin and a salt thereof have very excellent safety and stability, can be produced industrially, are useful as a hydrophilic surfactant, and moreover provides skin and hair with moisture and excellent moisture retention, prevents skin from generating fine wrinkles due to drying, and prevents hair from drying. Further, a cosmetic having the sulfated lecithin and the salt thereof blended can be used not only as a cosmetic which provides moisture retention, flexibility, and a moist feeling, but also as a cosmetic for skin which prevents generation of fine wrinkles due to drying or as a cosmetic for fair which prevents drying of the hair. |
