PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent substrate which can be made flexible, thin and lightweight while maintaining moisture-proof properties and gas barrier properties.SOLUTION: There is provided a flexible transparent substrate which comprises an inorganic glass film having a thickness of 10 to 100 μm, a decorative layer laminated on at least a part of a peripheral part on a first surface of the inorganic glass film, a first transparent resin layer laminated on the residual part on the first surface of the inorganic glass film and a transparent adhesive layer laminated so as to cover the decorative layer and the first transparent resin layer. The first resin layer is composed of (a) an acrylic polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 100000 or more, (b) a compound having at least two (meth)acryloyl groups and (c1) a cured product of a composition containing a polymerization initiator, the structural unit having a nitrogen atom-containing group in the (a) component is 5 mass% or less of the entire acrylic polymer and the (a) component contains a structural unit having a functional group. |
