PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a thermal loss of a reverse recovery current in a backflow prevention diode in a chopper type DC power supply device.SOLUTION: A DC power supply device includes: an inductor 7 and a first diode 11 (first recovery diode) connected in series to the positive pole of a rectifier 4; a switching element 8; a smoothing capacitor 12; switching control means 19 for outputting a switching drive signal; signal delay means 17 for delaying a switching drive signal as long as a predetermined time to drive the switching element 8; a MOS-FET 10 and a diode 9 (rectifier diode) mutually connected in series and connected in parallel to the diode 11; ON-OFF reverse means 21 which reverses and outputs the switching drive signal; and a second switching drive means 18 for ON/OFF controlling the MOS-FET 10 on the basis of the reversed and input switching drive signal. |
